Kogi guber: Court dismisses Smart Adeyemi's case against Ododo, APC, says it lacks merit

 

A Federal High Court in the Federal Capital Territory has dismissed a suit filed by an aspirant in the All Progressives Congress' governorship primaries in Kogi State, Senator Smart Adeyemi, against the emergence of the candidate of the party, Usman Ododo, saying it lacks merit.

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been advised to correct decades-long injustice against the people of Ondo State in appointments in the  Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).

Speaking with journalists in Lagos, the Chairman of Niger Delta Emancipation and Justice Forum (NDEJF), Eniola Ayenuberu, declared that since the creation of NDDC, an indigene of Ondo State has not been appointed the Managing Director or given any sensitive position in the agency.
