Police Uncover Illegal Factory Producing Fake Alcoholic Drinks In Badagry, Lagos

The Lagos State Police Command has uncovered and sealed a suspected illegal factory used to produce and package adulterated alcoholic drinks in Badagry.

 The factory, located in the Yafin area of Badagry, was discovered following credible intelligence received by the police.

During the raid, officers found large quantities of fake alcoholic drinks, chemicals, empty bottles, labels, and packaging materials suspected to be used for producing adulterated products. The premises have been sealed while the investigation is ongoing to arrest the operators behind the illegal business.

The Command warned members of the public to be careful where they buy drinks from and assured that efforts are ongoing to clamp down on producers of fake products in the state.
